PHOTO: TV GUIDE (do you still read yours?)

I don't know why someone hasn't thought of this sooner. Simon Cowell is starting a website called "The YOU Geneneration".  Yes, that's what it's called. 

Here's where it gets creative - its a website where users can upload videos of themselves, and share their talents in hopes of Simon noticing them.  

He might be on to something there.
